Shank Mounted Thermodes

Shank Mounted thermodes are low cost, easy to maintain, and effective tools in low force applications.  Comprised of hard, resistive metals such as titanium or inconel, shank mounted thermodes are typically used with stand alone bonding heads for solder reflow applications.
